Day 2 and we're already slacking

In our defense, we were way too busy yesterday to do any kind of propor crafting.  Briana got to go to the Omaha World Herald for a Brownies field trip first thing yesterday morning.  She said it was fun and the ink stunk.  While Briana was there, Sydney and I went to Michaels and did the free Make It Take It. 

After that, Briana came home from her field trip and the girls played scientist in the sandbox.  

Then we went and saw the movie Hop! 

It was really, really good.  The girls and I both loved it.  And, Chelsea Handler is in it!  So, pretty awesome all around.  And, when we first got into the theater, we were the only people in there, so the girls were running up and down all the isles.  They even ran up to the screen and were dancing in front of it.  It was quite cute. 

Then, we raced home and cooked dinner so we would have enough time to go to the park before bed. 

I didn't get a picture of this, but Sydney is learing how to do the monkey bars!  She's able to completely hang on one bar, and she's going to start practicing going from bar to bar.  Very exciting!  By the time we got home from the park, we were all exhausted and we could only muster up the energy to watch part of a movie and then go to bed.  Tomorrow, we will be doing a real craft for sure!
